HEALTH & SAFETY
All of our operatives carry valid Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) or Construction Skill Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards additional to City & Guilds training appropriate to the skill level that each position requires. We also maintain strict policies detailing the minimum training and competency requirements for all site teams and sub-contractors that work for us.
We believe that placing Health and safety at the very heart of our delivery strategy on all of our projects is vital to maintaining advanced levels of training and knowledge aiding towards successful & safe project delivery. Our Project Managers and Project Supervisors hold not only the ECS/ CSCS & C&G training that is required at all other levels, but they also hold valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme and/ or Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme certification relevant to their position.
Thanks to our extensive pre-qualification process our procurement staff assess competence, training and experience of every operative and subcontractor prior to consideration of a position at one of our awarded projects.
It is our duty to provide the safest possible environment for our operatives to work in and provide them with all of the right resources and training to allow them to work in the safest manner possible.
