We had some serious challenges in the design & build, especially reaching the door threshold heights along the eastern basement corridor, which resulted in a brand new fabrication; now known as EMT 45DMG’s!
The EMT boxes were also a brilliant idea and have proved a great success; we currently have 4,896 fibres installed, increasing to 10,944 fibres at project completion.
The new system has been fully accepted by Volta and has brought much positive attention from many.
